Functional Fit

Split into 3 parts.

Lifting: Fundamental Lifts to get strong and moving well!

Gymnastics Strength Building: The goal is to build the base strength to be able to do your first Pull Up or maybe even get a set of proper Press Ups!

High Intensity Interval Training: This is where the magic happens. Low Skill Movements to get you moving, get the heart rate up and have the fat melt right off of you!

Traditional CrossFit

Broken up into 3 parts.

Lifting: Olympic Lifts to keep you explosive. Fundamental Lifts to get your strong!

Gymnastics: Moving your body. This can range from Pull Ups to Muscle Ups, Press Ups to Handstand Press Ups

Aerobic Capacity: Getting the heart rate up. Rowing, Running, Burpees, you name it!

Done as a 1 Hour Class with 2 coaches available on our busy sessions!

Functional Bodybuilding

1 Hour classes that are slowed right down at a lower intensity than CrossFit and Functional Fit but for a longer period of time. 

This is perfect to learn how to move WELL. A lot of tempo work and controlled movement to make sure you're moving correctly, safely and most important to the best of your ability. 

Perfect for people new to the gym or just want to slow things down and do things right!
